I want to know in detail what 'Umrah is.
The woman must recite it in such a way that only those who
are at her side hear her, unless there is a man beside her that is not one of
her mahrams in that case she must recite it in silence.
If a person who is entering ihram fears that an obstacle
will arise that prevents him from completing his pilgrimage, (such as illness,
an enemy, or being stopped due to some procedure, etc.), then at the moment he
is entering he must stipulate a condition saying: "If I am impeded, then
my exit from ihram will be in that place where I am impeded." That is, if
something prevents me from completing my pilgrimage, such as illness or delay,
etc., then I will leave my state of ihram. The Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) commanded Dubaa'ah bint al-Zubayr, when she wanted to enter
ihram but she was sick, to stipulate such a condition, and said: "Your
condition is valid for you. Mr". Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5089) and Muslim
(1207).
If the person stipulates this condition and something
happens that prevents him from completing his pilgrimage, he leaves his ihram
and does not have to offer a sacrifice in compensation.
However, he who does not fear that there is an obstacle that
prevents him from completing his pilgrimage, does not have to stipulate any
condition, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did
not stipulate conditions or order anyone to I did it. Rather, she told Dubaa'ah
bint al-Zubayr to do it because she was sick.
